Our house blend is crafted with a carefully selected mix of 60% Brazilian and 40% Colombian coffee beans, creating a harmonious cup that appeals to coffee lovers of all types. The Brazilian beans are naturally processed, bringing a delightful sweetness with rich notes of chocolate and nuts, reminiscent of a Snickers bar. This smooth and indulgent base is perfectly complemented by the addition of our washed-process Colombian beans, which add a clean, balanced character with subtle hints of stone fruits.

Together, these flavours create a unique blend that offers complexity without being overwhelming, making it an ideal introduction to specialty coffee.
