We didn’t start Oddy Knocky to play it safe.

We started it because speciality coffee was starting to feel boring; same flavours, same language, same rules. We knew coffee could be more exciting than that, without becoming intimidating or exclusive.

Every batch we roast is about pushing flavour forward. Coffees with real character that stand out in the cup, no matter if you're brewing your morning mug, or pulling shots behind the bar.
