Included Coffees
House Blend – Brazil & Colombia (250g)
A balanced espresso made from Brazilian natural-processed coffee and washed Colombian coffee. Expect smooth notes of chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, and gentle fruit sweetness. Easy to drink and consistent in both espresso and milk.
Caramel Kush – Ethiopia (250g)
A naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the high-altitude area of Arbegona in Sidama. It offers a clean, sweet profile with flavours of caramel, green apple, and candied almonds.
Slow Sundae – Brazil (250g)
A naturally processed Yellow Catuai grown at Fazenda Sucuri in Cerrado Mineiro. This coffee is smooth and sweet with notes of milk chocolate, macadamia, and a hint of peach.

- Colombia: Santuario, Risaralda; washed process; 1550–1950 masl

- Producers: Fazenda Congonhas and smallholder farmers
- Profile influence: Brazil provides chocolate and nut sweetness; Colombia adds brightness and fruit complexity
Caramel Kush – Ethiopia
- Region: Arbegona, Sidama
- Altitude: 1980–2080 masl
- Varietal: Ethiopian Heirloom
- Process: Natural, dried at the Molla Processing Station
- Produced by smallholder farmers with organically maintained plots
- Profile influence: High altitude and natural drying create clean sweetness and lively fruit tones
Slow Sundae – Brazil
- Origin: Fazenda Sucuri, Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais
- Varietal: Yellow Catuai
- Altitude: 1050 masl
- Producer: Danilo Barbosa and family
- Process: Natural, dried slowly on raised beds
- Profile influence: Smooth chocolate sweetness with gentle fruit notes
Espresso: 1:2 coffee to water, water temperature 91°C, extracted in 28 – 32 seconds
Pour over: 1:16 coffee to water, water temperature 89°C, pour in stages, brew time 2:30-3:00 mins
French press: 60-65g coffee per litre of water, water temperature 91°C, brewed for 3-4 mins
Aeropress: 16g coffee, water 250g, water temperature 91°C, brewed for 1:30-2 mins, press time around 45 sec
Stove top: 18g Coffee - 200g water - 94 degrees - grind size extra fine - brew time 5.5 minutes
