Included Coffees

1. House Blend – Brazil & Colombia (Espresso Coffee) – 250g

Origin: Brazil (Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais) 60%; Colombia (Santuario, Risaralda) 40%
Producers: Fazenda Congonhas; Various Smallholders
Process: Natural (Brazil); Washed (Colombia)
Altitude: 940–960 MASL; 1550–1950 MASL
Varietals: Paraiso; Castillo, Caturra, Colombia

Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Raisin, Hazelnut, Caramel

The House Blend is crafted for balance and consistency. Naturally processed Brazilian coffee contributes chocolate, caramel sweetness, and nutty depth, while washed Colombian coffee introduces gentle brightness and clean fruit notes. The result is a smooth, full-bodied espresso that performs reliably in both straight shots and milk-based drinks.

2. Caramel Kush – Ethiopia (Natural Process) – 250g

Origin: Sidama, Arbegona, Molla
Producer: Various Smallholders
Processing Station: Molla
Process: Natural
Altitude: 1980–2080 MASL
Varietal: Ethiopian Heirloom

Tasting Notes: Caramel, Green Apple, Candied Almonds

Caramel Kush is sourced from smallholder farmers in the high-altitude forests of Arbegona in Sidama. Naturally processed heirloom cherries create a clean yet complex cup with bright green apple acidity, caramel sweetness, and soft candied almond notes. This coffee delivers a vibrant and layered espresso experience.

3. Low Rider – Brazil (Low Caf Espresso) – 250g

Tasting Notes: Marzipan, Chocolate, Black Grape
Roast Style: Espresso
Caffeine: Naturally ~50% lower than standard Arabica

Origin: Brazil
Region: Minas Gerais
Varietal: Aramosa (Naturally Low Caffeine)
Process: Natural
Altitude: 1000–1150 MASL
Farm: Rio Brilhante
Producer: Inácio Urban

Low Rider is produced from the Aramosa varietal, one of the lowest naturally occurring caffeine coffee varieties, with caffeine levels around 0.7–0.8%. Grown at 1000–1150 masl in Minas Gerais by the Urban family, this coffee delivers a full-flavoured espresso experience with reduced caffeine content.

A cross between Coffea Arabica and Coffea Racemosa — a species native to forests stretching from South Africa to Mozambique — Aramosa offers sweetness and depth without excessive stimulation. Expect a smooth, comforting espresso with marzipan sweetness, chocolate richness, and subtle black grape notes.

Farm & Processing

Produced at Rio Brilhante, a family-run farm led by Inácio Urban, this coffee reflects decades of quality-driven and sustainable farming. Cherries are handpicked and hand-sorted before undergoing a 36-hour aerobic fermentation. The coffee is then sun-dried on concrete patios for approximately 15 days until ideal moisture levels are reached.

The farm preserves large areas of native forest and uses natural pest control methods, combining environmental responsibility with consistent, high-quality coffee production.
